Industrial Water Capabilities

Industrial water is an area of specialties. Our wastewater program is based on task-oriented systems, custom designed to the application. There are usually three to five ways to accomplish any given task, and we choose the one that fits the rest of the process, the capital and operating cost goals, and the level of automation required by the customer. Our systems are modular for easy upgrading when production increases, and our controls are done by in-house designers, so that all the pieces work together without conflicts.

System Examples

Though each of our systems is tailor made to the individual client, the systems below are examples of systems that we have completed for our clients. 

20 gpm Reverse Osmosis System

This is the 20 gpm Reverse Osmosis system with proper pretreatment and filtration all on one skid. You can see that this system is made to be easy to transport and install. This system took one day to install, test, commission, and begin service!

Our team of technicians can make all the connections, flood the system, perform start-up and training, and have your system fully operational quickly, so you can build your product and concentrate on your own business!

15 gpm Hydroxide Precipitation System

This one is the 15 gpm Hydroxide Precipitation wastewater treatment system. This custom installation includes two 3000 gallon batch treatment tanks with an operator platform between them, an oil separator, hydroxide precipitation system, and all the ancillary equipment such as filter press and operator safety equipment.

The 8” color touch-panel HMI provides plenty of screens and information for the operator, while the Ethernet enabled PLC provides solid control and remote monitoring capability.
