Systems
Pneu-Mech can supply the

Washers

washers for part preparation. As a component in a finishing line,
Pneu-Mech washers remove oil, grease and other contaminants from the manufacturing
process prior to the application of a wet or powder finish. |

individually crafted to each customer's product and process. Regardless

for drying and curing for both liquid and dry coating environments.
We're experienced in low and high temperature ovens utilizing gas, steam,
infrared, UV and convection technologies. Our goals is always to

Pneu-Mech conveyors mesh
precisely with other components in the finishing system. We'll match
the most efficient and cost effective conveying system to your process
using enclosed track, inverted, powered, free, in-floor, overhead, roller
bed, slat bed, slider bed, chain on edge or other technology. |

Rooms
Pneu-Mech environmental
rooms ensure consistent high-quality application of paint and other finishes
by virtually eliminating outside contaminants. They can also prevent
fumes, spray dust and other results from the finishing process from infiltrating

Shrink Ovens

be efficiently packaged for shipping. Because our main business is
manufacturing wet and powder coat systems, we are particularly careful
that conveyors, shrink tunnels and other peripheral items protect and preserve. |
