The heavy-duty washer has design features to minimize maintenance and increase machine life. The extra heavy silhouettes stiffen and support the sides and roof of the washer.

Pneu-Mech manufactures ovens for drying and curing for both liquid and dry coating environments. We are experienced in low and high temperature ovens utilizing gas, steam, electric, infrared, IR booster, burn off, UV and convection technologies. Our goal is always to build exactly the oven to match a customer’s process. Low or high temperature construction – continuous drying tunnel ovens – batch ovens – controlled air velocity – forced air ovens for powder or liquid paint.
Pneu-Mech conveyors meet precisely with other components in the finishing system. We will match the most efficient and cost effective conveying system to your process using the latest in conveyor technology.

Pneu-Mech environmental rooms ensure consistent high quality application of paint and other finishes by virtually eliminating outside contaminants. Environmental rooms are equipped with automatic climate control systems designed to maintain an environment at optimal coating conditions. They can prevent fumes, spray dust and other results from the finishing process from infiltrating into other aspects of a company’s manufacturing areas.

Installation
Pneu-Mech’s installation staff is highly experienced in the mobilization, rigging and placement of our specialized systems. Due to the custom nature of our product it is a luxury to have people on staff that are trained and experienced in the installation and integration of our systems to meet our customer’s needs. This allows us to expedite the installation time to keep our customer’s non-production hours to a minimum. We provide training, production assistance, troubleshooting and all service work required to install and maintain our systems.
Fabrication
Pneu-Mech System’s manufacturing facility is 40,000 sq. ft. with all the essential equipment. Hi-definition plasma cutter, metal shears, press breaks and saws to fabricate our specialized and custom paint systems from flat metal to finished
